Terms and Conditions

Dickies Tiles reserves the right to modify prices at any time, if it is considered proper for reasons beyond its

control for market reasons,

 

DEADLINES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF CLAIMS

  • · All claims must be reported in writing
  • · Claims related to losses or breakages in orders processed with a transport service offer by Dickies Tiles

will only be accepted if reported in writing within 48h from being received at destination.

Photographic evidence of damages must be included.

All claims are given a claim number which is available on request

Claims or refunds once the material has been installed will not be accepted, being Dickies Tiles exempt from

any responsibility in the regard.

Incidences related to quality

  • · Any trouble related to quality of products supplied by DUNE must be notified in writing to Dickies Tiles.

The customer must sufficiently justify and defect that can be attributed to Dickies Tilesbefore 30 days

from products being received and always before installing the material. Dickies TIles takes no

responsibility once goods have been installed. In the case of a quality problem the product will be

replaced only.

Incidences related to stock breakages

  • · Dickies TIles will not be liable for consequences arisen from stock breakages. This means that in case of

stock breakage, the customer must notify Dickies Tileswithin 48 hours with photographic evidence, and

replacements will be sent

CLAIMS POLICY

RETURN OF PRODUCT AT CUSTOMER’S WILL

  • · Product returns previously authorised by Dickies Tiles will be only accepted under the following

conditions:

1. Not over 14 days from delivery date

2. The effective return is made before 14 days after the written communication by the

customer of their intention to do so.

3. Material returned is received at our warehouse in perfect condition.

4. Transport cost is assumed by the customer.

5. Only 75% of the returned material value will be credited as there is a 25% re-stocking charge

6. No amount will be credited if any of the previous conditions is not met.

7. Returns of cancelled or discontinued products will not be accepted under any

circumstances.

DEFINING CLAIMS REASONS

Errors when processing or preparing orders

  • · Dickies Tiles will replace material wrongly supplied assuming only transport costs of the new delivery.

ORDER SHIPMENT

. TRANSPORT ARRANGED BY Dickies Tiles: Dickies Tiles uses two external companies for delivery of parcels

and pallet orders. Dickies Tiles takes no responsibility of delay of goods when using external companies.
